What is the Status of My Kifgo Order?

Wondering when your unique Kifgo find will arrive? You can easily check the status of your order at any time to see if the seller is still preparing your item or if it is already on its way to you.

How to Check Your Order Status

  1. Go to kifgo.lk and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews."

  3. Locate the order you want to check.

  4. Next to the order details, you will see the current Order Status.

Understanding Kifgo Order Statuses

Here is what the different status labels mean:

  • Not Shipped: The seller has received your order and is currently preparing it. If you purchased a custom or handmade item, it may take a few days for the seller to create it before it ships.

  • Shipped: The seller has packaged your item and dropped it off with the shipping carrier.

  • In Transit: Your package is currently moving through the shipping carrier's network (e.g., the post office or FedEx) and is on its way to your destination.

  • Delivered: The shipping carrier has marked the package as successfully delivered to your address.

How to Track Your Package

If your order status says Shipped or In Transit, you can often track its exact location!

  • Click the "Track Package" button next to the order status on your Purchases page.

  • If the seller provided a tracking number, you will be able to see the package's journey step-by-step.

  • Note: Not all shipping methods include tracking numbers. If you purchased a small item (like a sticker or a greeting card), it may have been shipped using standard untracked mail.

The status hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?

If your order has been stuck on "Not Shipped" past the expected delivery date, or if it has been stuck "In Transit" for an unusually long time, please click the "Help with Order" button to message the seller directly for an update.
