How to Leave a Review for a Kifgo Seller
Because Kifgo is built on a community of independent creators, leaving a review is one of the best ways to support your favorite shops! Reviews help sellers grow their businesses and help other buyers make informed decisions.
You can leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars, write a text review, and even upload a photo of your new item!
When Can I Leave a Review?
You cannot leave a review the moment you purchase an item. The option to leave a review will only become available after the estimated delivery date has passed, or after the shipping carrier marks the package as officially Delivered. This ensures you have actually received the item before rating it.
Note: You have 100 days from the expected delivery date to leave a review.
Steps to Leave a Review
Go to kifgo.lk and sign in to your account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews."
Locate the item you want to review.
If the item is eligible for a review, you will see a prompt to "Leave a Review" or a row of blank stars.
Click on the stars to select your rating (1 star is the lowest, 5 stars is the highest).
A text box will appear where you can write about your experience with the item, the shipping, and the seller's customer service.
(Optional) Click the camera icon to upload a photo of the item!
Click Submit.
Kifgo Review Guidelines
We want reviews to be helpful and honest. Please remember that Kifgo reviews must NOT contain:
Private information (like the seller's home address or full name).
Harassment, threats, or abusive language.
Complaints about things completely outside of the seller's control (such as a third-party shipping carrier losing the package).
If a review violates our policies, Kifgo reserves the right to remove it.
