How to Cancel an Order on Kifgo
Did you change your mind or accidentally purchase the wrong item? Because Kifgo connects you with independent sellers who manage their own inventory, Kifgo Support cannot cancel an order for you. You must request the cancellation directly from the seller.
Whether or not your order can be cancelled depends on the individual shop's cancellation policy and whether the item has already shipped.
How to Request a Cancellation
The fastest way to cancel an order is to submit a request immediately after purchasing:
Go to kifgo.lk and sign in to your account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews."
Locate the order you want to cancel.
Click the "Help with Order" button.
Select "Request a Cancellation" from the drop-down menu.
Add a brief message explaining why you need to cancel, and click Send.
When Can You Cancel an Order?
Before it Ships: If you submit a cancellation request before the seller has shipped the item, they will typically approve the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Custom Items: If you ordered a custom-made or personalized item, the seller may deny the cancellation if they have already begun crafting the product and used materials.
Shop Policies: Always check the "Shop Policies" section on the seller's homepage. Some sellers have strict rules (for example, "Cancellations only accepted within 2 hours of purchase").
What if the order has already shipped?
If the seller has already shipped the item, the order can no longer be cancelled. In this situation, you will need to wait for the package to arrive. Once it is delivered, you can contact the seller again to ask if they accept Returns. If they do, you can mail the item back to them for a refund!
