How Can I Make a Change or Add a Customization to My Order?

Did you forget to add a personalized engraving to a necklace, or did you accidentally order the wrong size shirt?

Because Kifgo connects you directly with independent creators, all changes to an existing order must be approved and handled directly by the seller who is making your item. Kifgo Customer Support cannot alter the details of your order.

Can I make a change after purchasing?

Whether or not a seller can accommodate your change depends on how far along they are in processing your order:

  • If you ordered a ready-to-ship item: If the seller has already packaged and shipped the item, it is too late to make any changes.

  • If you ordered a handmade/custom item: If the seller has already started crafting your item using the original details you provided, they may not be able to change it without charging an additional fee for wasted materials.

The golden rule: Contact the seller as soon as possible! The faster you reach out, the more likely they can help.

How to Request a Change

  1. Go to kifgo.lk and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews."

  3. Find the order you want to change.

  4. Click the "Help with Order" or "Message Seller" button.

  5. Politely and clearly explain the change or customization you would like to make.

  6. Click Send.

What if the seller cannot make the change?

If the seller is unable to accommodate your request, they will let you know. In some cases, if the item hasn't shipped yet, the seller may agree to cancel your original order so that you can place a brand new order with the correct size, color, or customization details.
