Did you accidentally use your old address or send a gift to the wrong location? Don't panic! Whether or not you can change the shipping address depends entirely on the status of your order.

Because Kifgo connects you directly with independent sellers who manage their own shipping, Kifgo Support cannot change the address for you. You must contact the seller.

Scenario 1: Your Order Has NOT Shipped Yet

If the seller has not yet purchased the shipping label or dropped the item in the mail, there is a good chance they can update the address for you.

  1. Sign in to your Kifgo account and go to "Purchases and Reviews."

  2. Find the order with the incorrect address.

  3. Click the "Help with Order" or "Message Seller" button.

  4. Politely explain that you need to change the shipping address and provide the correct, full address in your message.

Note: Some sellers may have a strict policy against manually changing addresses to prevent fraud. In this case, the seller may ask you to submit a cancellation request so you can repurchase the item using the correct address.

Scenario 2: Your Order HAS Already Shipped

If the seller has already dispatched your order, it is unfortunately too late for them to change the destination address.

  • Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier (like the postal service or FedEx), the seller cannot reroute it.

  • What you can do: Use the tracking number provided on your receipt to contact the shipping carrier directly. Many carriers offer services that allow you to request a package intercept, reroute the delivery to a hold facility, or hold it at your local post office for pickup.

Don't Forget to Update Your Account Settings!
