Why Can't I Find My Order in My Account?
You placed an order, received a confirmation on your screen, but when you go to your Purchases and Reviews page, the order is completely missing! This can be confusing, but there is almost always a simple explanation.
If you cannot find your Kifgo order in your account, please check the following common scenarios:
1. You Checked Out as a Guest
If you were not actively signed in to your Kifgo account when you placed the order, the purchase was processed as a "Guest Order."
Guest orders do not automatically appear in your Kifgo account history.
How to fix it: Check your email inbox for the Kifgo receipt. You can use the link inside that receipt to track your order, or you can follow our guide on How to Link a Guest Order to Your Kifgo Account to move the purchase into your permanent order history.
2. You Have Multiple Kifgo Accounts
It is very common to accidentally create a second Kifgo account, especially if you use different sign-in methods.
For example, you might usually sign in using your email and password, but this time you clicked "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple." This can sometimes generate a brand new, empty Kifgo account.
How to fix it: Sign out of Kifgo, and try signing back in using any other email addresses or social login methods you might have used.
3. Your Payment is Still Processing
If you just placed the order a few minutes ago, your bank or credit card company might still be verifying the transaction.
Occasionally, if a payment is taking longer than usual to process, the order will not appear in your Purchases list until the funds are officially cleared.
How to fix it: Wait a few hours and check your account again. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the payment is successful.
