Where is My Refund? Locating a Refund for a Kifgo Order

If a seller has agreed to cancel your order, or if Kifgo Support has issued a refund for a returned item, you will receive an email confirmation immediately letting you know the refund was processed.

However, the money will not appear in your bank account instantly. Here is what you need to know about locating your Kifgo refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once a refund is issued on our end, the time it takes to show up on your statement depends entirely on your bank or credit card company.

• Credit/Debit Cards: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. (Weekends and holidays do not count as business days).

• PayPal: If you paid using PayPal, the refund usually appears in your PayPal balance within 1 to 2 business days.

Where does the money go?

For security and anti-fraud reasons, Kifgo is required to send the refund back to the original payment method you used to make the purchase. We cannot redirect a refund to a different credit card, a different bank account, or issue it as store credit.

What if the credit card I used is now expired or closed?

If you closed the bank account or cancelled the credit card you originally used to make the purchase, your bank will still receive the refund from Kifgo.

• If you have a new card with the same bank: The bank will automatically route the money to your new card.

• If you completely closed the account: The bank will usually issue you a physical check for the refunded amount. You will need to contact your bank directly to ask how they handle refunds for closed accounts.

It has been over a week and I still don't see my refund. What should I do?

If it has been more than 5 business days and you do not see the credit on your statement:

1. Contact your bank or credit card company first. Tell them you are expecting a refund from Kifgo and ask if they see any pending transactions.

2. If your bank has no record of it, please Contact Kifgo Support with your order number so we can investigate the transaction for you!
