Not Receiving Emails from Kifgo
Whether it is an order confirmation, a shipping update, or a password reset link, receiving emails from Kifgo is essential to keeping your account and purchases on track.
If you are expecting an email from us but it hasn't arrived, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Your Spam, Junk, or Promotions Folders
Often, automated emails are mistakenly filtered out by your email provider.
Check your Spam or Junk folders.
If you use Gmail, be sure to check your Promotions or Social tabs.
Tip: If you find a Kifgo email in your Spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails will go straight to your inbox.
2. Verify Your Email Address on Kifgo
It’s easy to accidentally make a typo when signing up. Let's make sure we have the correct email address on file:
Sign in to your Kifgo account and go to Account Settings.
Check the Email Address section to ensure it is spelled completely correctly.

3. Add Kifgo to Your Safe Senders List
To prevent your email provider from blocking us, you can add our official email addresses to your contacts or "Safe Senders" list.
Add support@kifgo.lk and noreply@kifgo.lk (or your actual sending domains) to your email contacts.
4. Check Your Email Storage Limits
If your email inbox is full, your provider will reject new incoming messages. Check your email storage settings to ensure you have enough free space to receive new mail.
