How to Update Your Kifgo Bio and Profile Picture
Your Kifgo profile is a great way to express your personality! Whether you are a buyer leaving reviews or an independent seller running a shop, adding a profile picture and a short bio helps you connect with the Kifgo community.
You can customize your public profile at any time through your account settings.
How to Add or Change Your Profile Picture
Go to the Kifgo website and Sign In.
Click on your current profile icon or "Account" in the top right corner.
Select "View Profile" or "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Camera Icon or the "Upload Picture" button located on your current profile image.
Choose a clear, high-quality image from your computer. (We recommend using a square image formatted as a .jpg or .png).
Adjust the crop if prompted, and click "Save."
To remove your picture, simply click the "Remove" or "Delete" option next to your uploaded image, and it will revert to the default Kifgo silhouette.
How to Update Your Bio
Your bio is a short public description about yourself. You can use it to share your favorite hobbies, what kind of handmade items you love to shop for, or a little bit about your own creative process!
From your Account Settings or Public Profile page, scroll down to the "About" or "Bio" section.
Click inside the text box to start typing.
Tell the Kifgo community a little bit about yourself!
When you are happy with your bio, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Note: Your profile picture and bio are public and can be seen by anyone on Kifgo, so please do not include sensitive personal information like your home address or phone number in your bio.
