How to Change or Update Your Kifgo Phone Number
Keeping your phone number up to date is important for securing your Kifgo account, receiving delivery updates, and ensuring we can contact you if there is an issue with an order.
If you have gotten a new phone number, you can easily update it in your account settings.
Steps to Update Your Phone Number:
Go to the Kifgo website and Sign In to your account.
In the top right corner of the screen, click on your profile icon or "Account."
Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the "Personal Information" or "Contact Details" section.
Locate your current phone number and click the "Edit" or "Update" button next to it.
Enter your new phone number. Make sure the correct country code is selected.
Click "Save" or "Continue."
Verifying Your New Phone Number
For security reasons, we need to verify that the new number belongs to you.
After entering the new number, Kifgo will send a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to that new number.
Enter the OTP on your screen and click "Verify."
Once verified, your Kifgo account will be updated with your new phone number!
Note: If you are an independent seller on Kifgo, updating your personal account phone number may also update the contact number associated with your shop.
