How to Change the Email Address on Your Kifgo Account
Your email address is the primary way we communicate with you about your Kifgo account. We use it to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, password reset links, and important security alerts.
If you have switched to a new email provider or want to use a different address, you can update your email directly in your account settings.
Steps to Change Your Email Address:
Go to the Kifgo website and Sign In using your current email address and password.
Click on your profile icon or "Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the "Email Address" section and click the "Edit" or "Update" button.
Enter your new email address.
For security purposes, you will be required to enter your current Kifgo password to confirm the change.
Click "Save Changes."
Verifying Your New Email
To ensure your new email address is active and secure, we will send a verification link to your new inbox.
Open your email provider and look for a message from Kifgo with the subject line "Verify Your New Email Address."
Click the verification link inside the email.
Once clicked, your email update will be finalized!
Note: If you do not see the verification email after a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
