Where to Find Your Kifgo Support Tickets and Messages

When you need help on Kifgo, you might find yourself talking directly to an independent seller, or you might be talking to the Kifgo Customer Support team. Because these are handled differently, your conversations are kept in two separate places.

Here is how to easily find your support tickets and messages.

1. Where to find your Kifgo Support Tickets

If you contacted Kifgo Customer Support regarding an account issue, a bug, or an order dispute, your conversation is tracked as a "Support Ticket" on our Help Center.

  1. Go directly to help.kifgo.lk.

  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner (if you aren't already signed in).

  3. Once signed in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

  4. Select "My Requests" or "My Activities" from the drop-down menu.

  5. Here, you will see a list of all your open and closed support tickets. You can click on any ticket to read the response from our team and type a reply.

Tip: You will also receive an email notification whenever Kifgo Support replies to your ticket. You can simply reply directly to that email to update your ticket!
