How to Contact a Shop or Seller on Kifgo

Because Kifgo is a marketplace made up of independent creators and shop owners, Kifgo itself does not manufacture, store, or ship the items you see on the site.

If you have a question about a specific item, need to customize an order, or want to ask for a tracking update, the fastest way to get an answer is to contact the seller directly!

Here is how you can message a seller on Kifgo:

If you have NOT placed an order yet:

If you have a question about a product’s size, material, or custom options before you buy it:

  1. Go to the listing page for the item you are interested in.

  2. Scroll down until you see the section titled "Meet your seller" or the Shop Owner's profile.

  3. Click the "Message Seller" or "Contact" button.

  4. Type your question into the text box and click Send.

You can also contact a seller by visiting their main Shop Homepage and clicking the "Contact Shop Owner" button.

If you HAVE already placed an order:

If you need an update on shipping, want to change your delivery address, or have a problem with an item that just arrived:

  1. Sign in to your Kifgo account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews" or "Order History."

  3. Find the order you need help with.

  4. Click the "Help with Order" or "Message Seller" button next to that specific transaction.

  5. Type your message and click Send.

Where can I find the seller's replies?

When a seller responds to your message, you will receive an email notification. You can also read and reply to all your conversations directly on Kifgo by clicking the "Messages" or "Inbox" icon located at the top right of your screen!
