How to Report a Shop, Item, or Review on Kifgo

At Kifgo, we strive to maintain a safe, creative, and trustworthy marketplace. We have strict policies regarding what can be sold and how members of our community should interact.

If you come across an item, a shop, or a review that you believe violates our policies (such as counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or inappropriate language), you can easily report it to our Trust & Safety team for review.

Note: Reporting is completely anonymous. The shop owner or reviewer will not know who reported them.

How to Report an Item

If you see a product listing that violates Kifgo's policies:

  1. Go to the listing page of the item you want to report.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the listing description.

  3. Click the "Report this item to Kifgo" link.

  4. Select the reason that best explains why you are reporting the item.

  5. Add any additional comments that might help our team, then click Submit Report.

How to Report a Shop

If you believe an entire shop is violating our rules (for example, a shop exclusively selling mass-produced, non-handmade goods):

  1. Go to the main homepage of the shop you want to report.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the shop's page (below their listings and reviews).

  3. Click the "Report this shop to Kifgo" link.

  4. Choose your reason for reporting and provide a brief explanation.

  5. Click Submit Report.

How to Report a Review

If a buyer leaves a review that contains harassment, private information, or offensive language:

  1. Find the review on the item's listing page or the shop's homepage.

  2. Click the "Report this review" link located directly beneath the review text.

  3. Select the reason for your report and click Submit.

What happens next?

Once you submit a report, our Trust & Safety team will conduct a thorough investigation. Because of privacy policies, we cannot share the outcome of the investigation with you, but rest assured that we take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action—including removing items or suspending accounts—if a violation is found.
