I Can't sign In to My Kifgo Account
Having trouble accessing your Kifgo account? We know this can be frustrating, but don't worry—most sign-in issues can be resolved quickly.
Please check the common scenarios below to get back into your account:
1. You forgot your password
If you can't remember your password, you can easily reset it.
Go to the Kifgo Sign-In page.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your Kifgo account.
We will send you a secure link or an OTP (One-Time Password) to reset your password.
2. You might be using the wrong email or phone number
Double-check that you are entering the exact email address or phone number you used when you originally created your account.
Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces.
If you have multiple email addresses, try signing in with an alternative one.
3. Your account is temporarily locked
For your security, Kifgo temporarily locks accounts after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
If you see a message saying your account is locked, please wait 15 to 30 minutes before trying again.
Alternatively, you can use the "Forgot Password?" option to reset your credentials immediately.
4. Browser or App issues
Sometimes, outdated stored data can prevent you from logging in.
If you are on a computer: Try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, or try signing in using an "Incognito" or "Private" browsing window.
If you are using the Kifgo App: Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can also try force-closing the app and reopening it.
5. Did you use a Social Login?
If you usually sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, make sure you click the corresponding button on the sign-in page instead of typing in an email and password manually.
