How to Close Your Kifgo Account

We are sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to use Kifgo and want to permanently close your account, you can do so through your account settings.

Important details to know before closing your account:

  • You will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, payment methods, and wishlists.

  • Any unredeemed Kifgo gift cards, loyalty points, or store credit tied to your account will be forfeited.

  • Please ensure you have no pending orders or active return requests. You cannot close your account until all active transactions are fully completed.

Steps to Close Your Kifgo Account:

  1. Sign in to your Kifgo account on a desktop browser or the mobile app.

  2. Go to "My Account."

  3. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Privacy & Security."

  4. Scroll to the bottom and look for the option labeled "Close Account" or "Delete Account."

  5. Click on the link. You may be asked to select a reason for leaving to help us improve our services.

  6. To verify it is you making the request, we will ask you to enter your password again or verify your identity via a One-Time Password (OTP).

  7. Confirm that you understand the consequences and click "Permanently Close Account."

Note: Once your account is closed, it may take a few days for your data to be fully removed from our active systems. Please be aware that Kifgo is legally required to retain certain transaction records (such as past purchase invoices) for tax and accounting purposes, even after an account is closed.
