How to Reopen an Account You Closed

If you previously requested to close your Kifgo account and have now changed your mind, whether or not you can reopen it depends on how much time has passed since your request.

1. If you recently requested to close your account (Within 14 Days)

When you submit a request to close your Kifgo account, there is typically a short processing window before your data is permanently erased.

  • Try signing in to Kifgo with your old email and password.

  • If your account is still in the processing phase, you may see a prompt asking if you want to "Cancel Account Deletion" and reactivate your profile.

  • Alternatively, you can immediately Contact Customer Support and ask them to cancel the closure request. Be sure to provide the email or phone number linked to the account.

2. If your account is permanently closed

If your account closure request has been fully processed and your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be reopened or recovered. This is to protect your privacy and ensure your data is securely handled.

  • Your previous order history, Favorite, and saved details cannot be restored.

  • However, you are always welcome back! You can simply Create a New Kifgo Account using the same email address or mobile number you used previously.
