How to Create a Kifgo Account

Welcome to Kifgo! Creating an account is completely free and takes only a few minutes. Having a Kifgo account allows you to track your orders, save items to your wishlist, check out faster, and manage your returns effortlessly.

Here is how you can create your new account:

Step 1: Go to the Sign-Up Page

• On Desktop: Visit the Kifgo homepage and click on "Sign In / Register" or "Account" in the top right corner. Select the option to "Create an Account" or "Sign Up."

• On Mobile App: Open the Kifgo App, tap the "Profile" icon at the bottom, and select "Register."

Step 2: Choose Your Sign-Up Method

You can create an account using one of the following methods:

• Email Address: Enter a valid email address that you actively use.

• Mobile Number: Enter your current mobile phone number.

• Social Login: For a faster process, you can choose to sign up using your existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account.

Step 3: Fill in Your Details

If you chose to sign up with an email or mobile number, you will need to provide:

• Your First and Last Name.

• A strong, secure password (we recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

Step 4: Verify Your Account

To keep our platform secure, we need to verify your contact information.

• We will send a One-Time Password (OTP) or a verification link to the email address or mobile number you provided.

• Enter the OTP on the screen or click the link in your email to verify.

Step 5: Start Shopping!

Once verified, your account is active! You can now go to your account settings to add a delivery address, update your payment methods, and start shopping on Kifgo.
