How to Search for Items and Shops on Kifgo

With millions of unique, handmade, and vintage items listed by independent sellers around the world, knowing how to search effectively is the key to finding exactly what you are looking for on Kifgo!

Whether you are hunting for a specific product or trying to find your favorite seller's shop, here is how to use our search tools.

How to Search for Items

The easiest way to find something is to use the Search Bar located at the very top of the Kifgo homepage.

1. Click inside the search bar and type a few descriptive words about what you want (for example, "blue ceramic coffee mug" or "vintage leather jacket").

2. Press Enter on your keyboard, or click the magnifying glass icon.

3. Kifgo will display all the items that match your keywords!

4. Tip: Be specific! Searching for "mug" will give you millions of results. Searching for "large handmade ceramic cat mug" will give you much better options.

How to Search for a Specific Shop

If you know the exact name of the shop you want to buy from, you can search for the seller directly:

1. Type the exact shop name into the main search bar at the top of the page.

2. Press Enter.

3. At the top of the search results, you will usually see a prompt that says, "Did you mean the shop [Shop Name]?" Click that link to go directly to their shop homepage.

4. Alternatively, you can type kifgo.lk/shop/ShopName directly into your browser's address bar. (Make sure there are no spaces in the shop name).

How to Browse by Category

If you don't know exactly what you are looking for and just want to browse for inspiration, use the Category Navigation Menu!

• Just below the main search bar, you will see a row of broad categories (like Jewelry & Accessories, Clothing, Home & Living, or Books).

• Hover your mouse over a category to see a drop-down menu of more specific sub-categories. Clicking on any of these will show you a curated list of the best items in that department.
