Why Isn't My Kifgo Coupon Code Working?

It can be frustrating when you are ready to check out and the promo code you entered returns an "Invalid Code" error. If your Kifgo coupon code isn't working, check the list below for the most common reasons why it might have been rejected.

1. It is for the wrong shop

Because Kifgo is a marketplace made up of thousands of independent sellers, almost all promo codes are shop-specific.

• If "Shop A" sent you a 10% off code, it will only work on items purchased from "Shop A". You cannot use that code to discount items from "Shop B".

• Check your cart to ensure the code you are entering matches the shop you are buying from.

2. You haven't met the minimum requirement

Sellers often set conditions on their coupons to protect their profit margins.

• Minimum Spend: The coupon might require you to spend a certain amount (e.g., "10offwhenyouspend10offwhenyouspend50 or more").

• Minimum Quantity: The coupon might require you to buy multiple items (e.g., "Buy 3 items, get 15% off").

3. The code has expired

Sellers can put an expiration date on their promotions. If a seller ran a weekend sale and you try to use the code on a Monday, the code will likely show up as invalid or expired.

4. The items are already on sale

Many sellers do not allow coupons to be "stacked." If an item in your cart is already marked down for a shop-wide sale, the system will usually not allow you to apply an additional promo code on top of that discount.

5. There is a typo

Coupon codes are often case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as they were provided to you. Also, be careful not to accidentally paste an "empty space" before or after the code!
