How to Redeem a Kifgo Gift Card

Did you receive a Kifgo Gift Card for your birthday or a special holiday? You can use your gift card to purchase unique, handmade, or vintage items from any participating shop on kifgo.lk.

To use your gift card, you will first need to redeem the code to your Kifgo account balance. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Redeem the Code to Your Account

Instead of entering the gift card code at checkout, you need to redeem it so the funds are securely added to your Kifgo account.

1. Sign in to your Kifgo account.

2. Click on your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the drop-down menu.

3. Select "Gift Cards" from the menu (this will take you to your Gift Card Assets page).

4. Look for the "Redeem" section on the page.

5. Enter the unique code you received via email or on your physical card, and click "Redeem."

6. The funds will instantly be added to your Kifgo account balance!

Step 2: Use Your Balance at Checkout

Once the funds are in your account, they are ready to be used!

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your Cart.

2. Proceed to the checkout page.

3. Under the payment options, look for the checkbox that says "Apply Kifgo Gift Card Balance."

4. Check the box to apply your available funds to the order total.

What if the gift card doesn't cover the full amount?

If your order total is higher than your gift card balance, don't worry! Our checkout system will apply the full gift card balance first, and then prompt you to pay the remaining difference using a credit card or PayPal.

What if I don't spend the whole gift card?

If your order total is lower than your gift card balance, the remaining funds will stay safely in your Kifgo account. You can use that leftover balance the next time you shop!
