How to Redeem Shop Coupons and Promo Codes on Kifgo

Because Kifgo is a marketplace of independent creators, most coupons and promo codes are created by individual sellers and are shop-specific. This means a discount code created by one shop cannot be used to buy an item from a completely different shop!

If a seller sent you a promo code (or if you found one on their shop homepage or social media), here is how to use it:

How to Apply a Coupon Code

Unlike Gift Cards, you do not redeem coupons in your account settings. You apply them directly during the checkout process:

1. Add the eligible items to your Cart.

2. Proceed to the checkout page.

3. Review the items in your cart. Below the item from the participating shop, you will see a link that says "Apply shop coupon code."

4. Click the link and type the code exactly as it appears (promo codes are often case-sensitive).

5. Click "Apply."

6. If the code is valid, you will see the discount instantly deducted from your order total!

Troubleshooting: Why isn't my coupon working?

If you enter a code and receive an error message, check the following:

• Is it for the right shop? Remember, a coupon code like SAVE10 created by "Shop A" will not work if you have items from "Shop B" in your cart.

• Did you meet the minimum requirement? Some sellers require you to spend a certain amount (e.g., "5offwhenyouspend5offwhenyouspend50") or buy a certain number of items before the code activates.

• Is the code expired? Sellers can set expiration dates on their promotions. If the date has passed, the code is no longer valid.

• Are there typos? Double-check for extra spaces before or after the code, and make sure your capitalization is correct.
