I'm Having Trouble Checking Out on Kifgo

You have all your favorite items in your cart, but when you click "Proceed to Checkout," the website won't let you move forward! If you are stuck on the cart page and cannot complete your purchase, check the following common issues:

1. You missed a "Personalization" requirement

If you are buying a custom or handmade item (like an engraved necklace or a monogrammed towel), the seller usually requires you to type your custom requests into a text box before you can buy it.

  • The Fix: Go back to your cart and look at the item details. If there is a required "Personalization" field that you left blank, type in your request. Once the box is filled, the checkout button will activate.

2. The seller does not ship to your country

Because Kifgo sellers manage their own shipping, they get to decide which countries they mail items to.

  • The Fix: Look closely at the items in your cart. You may see a red error message stating, "This item does not ship to [Your Country]." If a seller does not ship to your region, you must remove that item from your cart before you can check out with the rest of your items.

3. An item sold out while in your cart

Placing an item in your Kifgo cart does not reserve it. If a seller only has 1 vintage item in stock, and another buyer purchases it while it is sitting in your cart, it will become "Sold Out."

  • The Fix: You cannot proceed to checkout with a sold-out item in your cart. You must click the "Remove" or "Save for Later" button next to the sold-out item to continue checking out.

4. Your shipping address is incomplete

Sometimes, an auto-filled address is missing a key piece of information, such as a Zip/Postal Code or a mandatory phone number for the courier.

  • The Fix: Review your shipping address at the top of the checkout page. If the system detects a missing field, it will highlight it in red. Click "Edit Address" to fill in the missing information.
