Whether you are looking for a rare vintage book, a custom piece of jewelry, or a unique gift from a small business, buying an item on Kifgo is quick and secure!
You can purchase items using a registered Kifgo account (which we recommend so you can track your orders easily), or you can use our Guest Checkout feature.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to buy an item on kifgo.lk:
Step 1: Find the Perfect Item
Use the Search Bar at the top of the page to look for specific items (like "blue ceramic mug" or "first edition sci-fi book").
You can also use the Categories menu to browse through different departments like Jewelry, Home Decor, or Books.
Use the filters on the left side of the search page to narrow down your results by price, free shipping, or shop location.
Step 2: Review the Details
Once you find an item you love, click on it to view the listing page. Before you buy, be sure to check:
The Item Description: Scroll down to read exactly what the item is made of and its dimensions.
Shipping & Policies: Check the estimated delivery date and see if the seller accepts returns.
Reviews: Read what other buyers have said about the item and the shop!
Step 3: Select Your Options
Many items on Kifgo are customizable.
Use the drop-down menus on the right side of the page to select options like Size or Color.
If the item is custom-made, you may see a "Add your personalization" text box. Type your custom request (like a name to be engraved) directly into that box.
Step 4: Add to Cart and Checkout
Click the "Add to cart" button.
If you are ready to pay, click "Proceed to checkout."
Choose your shipping address (or enter a new one if you are sending a gift).
Select your preferred payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Review your order total and click "Place Your Order."
